Platform Policies and Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Introdash platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Platform Policies and Terms ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

a. You are solely responsible for your actions and content posted on the Platform. Ensure that your interactions, communications, and content adhere to applicable laws and regulations and do not infringe upon the rights of others.

b. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Engaging in spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities

• Violating intellectual property rights

• Attempting unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems

• Engaging in any activity that may disrupt or impair the Platform's functionality

4. Intellectual Property

a. The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Introdash or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

b. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without obtaining prior written permission from Introdash.

5. Dispute Resolution

a. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations.

b. In the event of unresolved disputes, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide on such matters.

6. Limitation of Liability

a. Introdash provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, or availability.

b. In no event shall Introdash be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
